- National Lodging Renovation Management founder, Paul Torralva, started the firm as a national retail general contractor. In 1976 Paul grew the firm to the largest retail general contractor in the United States ranked by ICSC.
- Slowly, Paul turned the focus of the company from retail to hospitality, focusing on franchise hotels and Native American Indian Casinos.
- Today, National LRM is a full-service general contractor focused in the hospitality industry with several divisions servicing large renovations; smaller CapEx projects, typically too small for a general contractor, yet too large for the hotel’s staff; Project Management or Owner’s Representative and new builds.
Our teams are experienced in working nationwide, sourcing trades and utilizing existing trade relationships nationwide. Our corporate executives and field personnel are experienced in working in different jurisdictions, weather conditions and labor environments.
Like the Master Builders of the 1930s, we strive to provide each client with a project of exceptional quality. Our goal is to ensure at the end of the project the owner and owner’s representative want to bring National LRM to the next project.
